The medical community has a rule that gets more controlling year by year. "Test, test, test, and test again, lest you miss something that will give the patient viable reason to come back later and sue you for malpractice." Your doctor may not in fact want to do all the testing he's putting you through, but neither does he want to risk losing his retirement to some crazed lawyer successfully pushing a crazy claim of incompetence.SnoozyQ wrote:As I mentioned in previous posts, Neuro wants to do another sleep study and then a MSLT. Why? I am telling you how exhausted I am...you confirming or denying that in an uncomfortable clinical setting, making me the Bride of Frankenstein with the wires,etc, won't change that.
