The first part of the 11/18 graph has too high a leak to be useful. I would set for min=9, max=15. That way you avoid both obstructive apneas on the low end and central apneas on the high end.

jbn3boys,
I have the same machine that you have and I was just curious, what # do you have the mask resistance set on ?
My mask is an Optilife, which requires X2. The DME had set it at X5 . This kind of messed up my "tweaking".
Good luck on getting yours adjusted.

Drat! Now I have to figure out what went wrong and try to fix the leaks. I believe the leak rate was much better the previous nights that I have been using the FFM

Is the max=15 based on the 90% pressure from the second daily? Would you suggest a higher max, if I've had days with higher 90% pressure and controlled leaks?

Is that what is called System One Resistance? I never knew what that was. I just went and checked, and mine is set to zero. How do I know what it should be set at for different masks? I'm using the FFM while I have a cold, and then will go back to my ComfortGel as soon as I am able to keep my mouth shut while I sleep.

Good reason to ask your PCP to refer you for an app't with the sleep doc to discuss all your issues and questions. The PCP shouldn't be your primary contact for sleep issues, the sleep doc should be. OSA is much too serious a medical issue for you to try to fix on your own.
