There are a ton of sites with information about getting rid of the bugs and how to clean absolutely everything from clothes to furniture - just Google.

I dreamed about bed bugs last night. We were in the backseat of a car with another couple and talking about bed bugs. I looked over and saw a bug in my husbands hair. I was going to slap his head and try to kill it but didn't want them to see it when I noticed it was just a fly. That was when I woke up. I think I will declutter today.

I got them from visiting my mother in a nursing home. I got rid of the bugs pretty quickly after finding them, just by washing, bombing and vaccuming. But two years later Im still seeing a dermotologist because of skin problems from the bites. Its been a nightmare. You better believe Im careful now!

When I come home from anywhere, the first thing I do is chuck my suitcase in the freezer....clothes and all. Next morning, ...if there were any little buggers, they should be frozen solid, then I take out my suitcase and wash everything .
Started cpap in 2010.. still at it with great results.

This product sounds like a decent idea. Not sure how well it works, but I got some and take it with me when I travel.

It's also a good idea NOT to bring your suitcase into your bedroom after you get back from a trip. We always put ours into the garage (where the washing machine is) and wash all of the clothes that come home with us before putting them back in the drawers.

The bed bug problem is growing and is really terrible. Was it really worth banning DDT (or whatever that insecticide was) if the bedbug problem is getting worse? Can't they bring that chemical back JUST for bedbug spraying? The world had almost entirely eliminated bedbugs before that chemical was banned. It is just stupid, IMO.

OMG, you must have a very big and very empty freezer!

According to my exterminator, freezing something does usually kill the bugs and their offspring.
