For a sporty type like you Roster (I'm going with your avatar here) it might be just the thing. However, don't think it would cure sleep apnoea if that's what you mean.

Cute, but I don't think apples, cinnamon (in the oatmeal) or grapes are a good idea for anyone with GERD (so many of us) to be having just before bedtime.

I think I should have tried their advice. Maybe I'll have a bit of oatmeal and go back to bed.
