Best night yet on CPAP

Post by B_4 » Sat Oct 30, 2010 6:05 am

Best night so far. The Swift LT is sensitive to getting it fit right but I think I finally adjusted it correctly last night and it dropped my AHI from 8 to 4.5 last night and boy do I feel the difference. My wife kept telling me "Go back to sleep honey!" this morning but what is a well rested boy to do?

edit: I know I have a way to go still on getting adjusted, getting fit properly and stopping mouth leaks but I sure do feel more awake this morning than I have in a long time (years).

Congratulations on how well you seem to be adjusting so far. I'm jealous of the fact that you were "a well rested boy" this morning. I'm still waiting to wake up feeling really well rested. Although today, I did wake up feeling ready to get out of bed for the first time since starting CPAP some five weeks ago.

robysue, that is great! Jus being able to be willing to get up out of bed in the morning is a big deal for me. That is awesome.
