Help! Encore Viewer 2 Problem

Post by Better Sleeper » Sat Oct 23, 2010 7:35 pm

I received the a copy of the new Encore Viewer 2 software for System One machines from CPAP.com a couple days ago. I run XP Professional SP3 on my computer and the software loaded without a hitch. However, the main screen (shown below) seems to cut off part off the beginning month date range circled in green. The Saturday column is cut off completely. I tried to call the customer service number 1-800-345-6443, but I always get a busy signal.

Has anyone else experienced this software problem? If so, is their a fix? Do I need to have any special drivers installed?

Any help would be appreciated.

It seems like I read some where that Encore Viewer 2 would only give 30 days of data at once.
But don't take a newbies word for it but I understand the frustration!

Do you have Windows set up with large fonts in the control panel, by any chances? It looks to me like the font is larger than EncoreViewer is expecting.

I was thinking the same thing. An easy fix anyway.

cwied and GumbyCT,
You were correct, I was setup with large fonts in the control panel. I set the fonts to "normal fonts" and it corrected the problem. I can see the Saturday column now. Weird, I have never encountered this problem with any other program.

Thanks
