references list / compilation?

I've found some links to useful research articles on this site and was wondering if there was any interest (and way, on this site? another Wiki page?) to compile a list of references with abstracts, maybe even organized by topic, for others to look at. What do you all think? I don't think most original articles could be posted because of copyright issues, but even just cites and abstracts would be a place to start.

The citations may be posted; that much is certain.

To the extent an article is available on a journal web site, a link to the site and article should be okay.

This would be a massive, long-term project. Are you volunteering?

Seem like a good idea to me.
Why not put the subject and links in the present Wiki?
