First, please stop posting in all caps. It's considered "shouting" on the internet and it's rude.

You need Encore viewer 2.0 which can be purchased from our hosts at CPAP.com for $99 in order to read your System One card.

Before you order it, though, make sure that your System One is data capable. That means you have to have either a System One Pro or Auto machine.

A System One Plus is NOT data capable, so there's no point in paying for the software. It will only show compliance data, not efficacy data.

But just to confuse you, the Pro can have plus in the name (System One Pro with C-Flex Plus). Look for Pro or Auto in the name.

dually... Please take a minute and go up the User Control Panel in the upper left and then to Profile, choose Edit Equipments and then choose your machine, mask, humidifier, etc. from the pull down menus. Choose to show them in TEXT not pic/icons. This will put your equipment at the bottom of every post you write automatically, like mine below in blue. It will save you from being asked constantly what you use.....as those with the same equipment can give you the best advice only IF we know what you are using.

Best of luck.... keep us posted on your progress.
Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.
