Can a topic really be "unknown" if we know that it's an unknown topic?

I'm afraid of the Unknown or maybe afraid of knowing the unknown or is that the unknown is afraid of being known?
I just don't know.

I've always tried to be pro-anti-pan-xeno-phobic/anti-pro-xeno-pan-phobic myself. You know?

Does the unknown OP wear a bag on his/her head?

Well, fact finding missions are all about turning the unknown into the known... So I went on a little fact finding mission of my own---to find out what all these "unknowns" are people happen to be so avidly discussing right here... Below I document my personal foray into the unknown:

There seem to be 244 million unknowns in cyberspace alone! And this is what the unknown looks like. I am now convinced that if we are persistent in our searches in life, we will encounter both the truth and the unknown. Thank you for reviewing these fascinating results of my foray into the unknown.

Good luck with YOUR searches in life!

I have heard that if you allow a cat to sit on your lap you can cut back on that.

Whatever you do, please stop that before you go blind.

I thought that "cats on laps" cured migraines.

Makes about as much sense as not having deleted the thread in the first place .

Hi All

Julie, you know you cannot (legally) delete a thread once someone has posted to it.

An *unknown* person deleted the original unknown message, not knowing what it was. But So Well had got in first, and so the unknown message was saved by him for all to know about, as far as that was possible, it being an unknown message and all.

Given that we did not know what there was to know about the unknown message, and who was to know what was knowable and what was not, the only decent thing was to let the message by So Well remain. Even though that left open the possibility that it would kick off another profound *has the universe an end* discussion such as I am now participating in.

I say blame it all on So Well, we all know know how good he is at kicking off these *meaning of life* discussions, and jnk, for encouraging him.

Or you could blame the deleter of the original post for not also deleting So Well's post, and then none of this would have become known - or unknown - as the case may be - although we, of course, will never know.

cheers

Mars

by the way - the answer to the meaning of life question is contained in the Chinese proverb -
