Explosive decompression works exceptionally well for nasal congestion and sinus issues. I was First Officer on a Learjet 45 that lost a cabin window at 29,000 feet (differential pressure about 8.1psi) and the resultant drop in pressure unclogged my nostrils AND drained my sinuses completely in about 0.7 seconds. I [deleted] near drowned in my own mucous, but hey, it was more pleasant than putting pepper spray up my nose.

I just gotta say it's such a relief to know that I am not the only one desperate enough to try that stuff

I could not believe they could sell that stuff in stores after trying it.

Y'all crack me up. I've never even heard of that stuff!! I guess that is one area that I have been lucky in. I have not had one day of nasal congestion using my CPAP and if it grows outside, I am allergic to it!!! I take singulair year round for sinuses and asthma.

I use it. You definitely get a kick from it but i found that after using it for several days my nose seemed to adjust and it didnt burn as much. think it works pretty well. I used to use afrin which worked great but i was getting that rebound congestion from it so my nose was always stuffy and i had to keep spraying afrin to keep it clear. tried netti pots but they made me gag. Sinus Buster seems to be my best option...somewhat by default!
