Respironics ComfortFull 2 price

Surfing around for masks, I've noticed that the Respironics ComfortFull 2 mask is selling well below the MSRP by quite a few vendors. For example, Amazon has it listed (via ABC Distribution) for $74.99. Other vendor's prices are similar. Does anybody have an idea why this mask has been so discounted?
