I was just Dx with Apnea and was real tired when I joined this forum so I searched for a image that represented how I felt and found this garfield one. I love garfield and used to draw him and Odie when I was in High School. I have been thinking of putting a photo of me up but havn't found one that I like but when I do I will post that.

My avatar is my lone star quilt I made during the Summer. It is the first time making one and I have been quilting for quite a while. Just finished a Christmas tree slkirt and a spiral circle, but it isn't done yet as I need to find a nice fabric to make the corners out of. THe tree skirt is done tho and I also make purses and such too. Today I'm going to make a chair cover for my mother so I best get that going. Every one have a great day, Huggies, Fay

Thanks to dawgdoc for the compliment.
I see myself as a little creature, somewhat bewildered by the world, but ready to hop to safety if need be..

Well I picked mine because one of my hobbys is keeping tropical fish from lake Malawi in Africa. The pic in my avatar is a Mbuna from lake Malawi in Africa.

Remember the story about the two frogs that fell in the butter churn. They were swimming and almost drowning, one said I give up and stopped swimming, and drowned. The other one swam faster, so fast he churned the butter and climbed up on top of the floating butter. The Moral: "Never Give Up" Jim

Then the wife came home found the frog in the butter, got a pan added some butter, and served her husband frog legs for dinner. "The Rest of the Story"

currently my avatar changes according to my appetite

CPAP has given me back an appetite for food and an appetite for life, and I'm loving both

I am boring. I just have a picture of me. Wearing a locket that someone very special gave to me. I wanted a locket picture to show my friends, and I decided to use it here, too.

My granddaughters "surprised" me with my photo as my avatar so I don't have the heart to change it...And besides I don't know how to do it anyway! What you see is what you get!

I do think of everyone as their avatars

My avatar is one of my 2 cats completely relaxed and sound asleep on the sofa. I took that picture of her (before my OSA diagnosis and treatment) while wishing that I could sleep as well as she does.

Some of us meet in Atlanta monthly. It's funny, but people do seem to complement their avatars.

Well, your avatar does look like a skinny cat, so maybe it's your inner cat?
