The 30 day exchange thing is for the mask. The DME will be reimbursed by the manufacturer. It doesn't apply to the machine. I went home with a non data-capable CPAP and had to wait 3 weeks to get an APAP. Once your insurance co is charged you will have a complicated mess on your hands. My policy only allows a new machine every 5 years. Be careful. It was actually easier and cheaper for me to buy an Intellipap Auto for around $460. (Made DME very unhappy ) Glad to see you're doing your homework.
What!!? Wylie was trying to eat me.
Any time spent being unhappy is wasted.
