Bi-Pap error code

Hi! An error code appeared on my machine tonight. I have a Respironics Bi-Pap machine. The error code is 48. The machine is almost five years old. Any suggestions would be helpful since the store that I work with will not be open until Monday. Thanks so much!

Is there a letter before the number 48? Is this an M series machine?

I am not sure what the series is. Before the number 48 is an E.

I don't have the "service" manual for the Legacy model BiPAP machines.
I would recommend contacting the following place. They are an authorized repair service site for Respironics equipment.
