Re: I'm hurting
The one that Niki is recommending is the one you need so you can see your data details.
Meanwhile, hopefully someone who knows your machine can tell you how to access the very limited data your machine reports without software. You should be able to see 7 and 30 day average AHI and Large leaks. That would be helpful information while you're waiting for your software.

Re: I'm hurting
AHI is good, but I'm not sure about the leak. We need input from someone who knows your particular machine (anyone care to jump in???). I have a later model of your machine (System One), and my screen shows only "large" leaks that are well over and above the vent rate of the mask. So if I was showing those numbers, I'd be concerned.
But your machine may just be showing the actual vent rate. Then you have to see if that vent rate is within your mask tolerance at the pressure you are using--at 18 cm, 32 - 34 lpm is just fine for the Swift mask.
An AHI below 5 is considered good, 1-2 is very good, so you should be feeling better than you are (unless you are having large leaks that make that AHI reading inaccurate). The data may show some surprises so it will be good to see that.
What symptoms are bothering you the most? I read back through your posts, and all I can see that you are really still noting is that feeling that you can close off your throat whether you are awake without CPAP on or not. Yep, that's apnea, you have a narrowed airway. Welcome to the club.
Whether UPPP will fix it at all is open to question. The way an ENT defines a "successful procedure" (up to a 50% reduction in CPAP pressure needed) and you define it (no longer needing CPAP) are very different, and it's a lot to go through (pain and lifelong side effects) for potentially little gain. Many people who have UPPP have a painful recovery, lifelong swallowing issues, and STILL need CPAP.

Re: I'm hurting
When you see your primary doctor, you might also want to ask him about some basic tests to rule out whether there may be causes other than sleep apnea responsible for still not feeling 100% like thyroid problems, cardiac issues, anemia, etc.
Even if you were screened for these before CPAP, it's a good idea to look around and see if there might be something else going on now.
