Better night!!
Last night was the first night with newly sized mask, Activa Lt. They changed me from a large to medium. My AHI was down to 2.4 the lowest yet. YAY!

Thats great trytryagain!
You mentioned that your AHI was 2.4, which is excellent. What was your AHI on your sleep study?
My AHI on my sleep study was 33.0. I started CPAP on June 30 this year, and I have averaged a AHI of 2.0 since then. My sleep tech said that as time goes on that it will come down further. I track it daily using my software, and it is gradually declining. I'd love it to get to 0.0!

Re: Better night!!
MAMA, I don't know the exact results of my study yet, I am having my first follow up with the doctor on friday. I only know that my apnea is considered severe?? He prescribed the pressure setting to be 6-18 for now we'll see how he views my first month on cpap.

Apparently, the scale is as follows:
0-5 events per hour - normal
6-15 events perr hour - mild sleep apnea
16 - 30 events per hour - moderate sleep apnea
30+ events per hour - severe sleep apnea
