Hi, i used to have a leak rate of about 21.0L/min and some days were better and some days were worse. I knew i was a mouth breather and possibly lead to more snoring. I ordered the Papcap chinstrap and after the third night using it. (first two nights were trying to get used to it and get comfortable with it), i had my very first 0.0L/min leak rate!
As well, when i woke up in the morning, i felt more refreshed than i usually do. Thanks to the site for all the solutions to avoid mouth breathing. The chin strap was a definite good purchase. Now i can sleep soundly!
My first night ever with a zero leak rate!
Re: My first night ever with a zero leak rate!
Congrats on your no leak night bono. I had my first last week. I finally found a chin strap that suits me.

Hey, that's great! I spent a lot of time looking at chinstraps, and decided on papcap. Pretty strange looking set-up...but it does what I need it to do. Prevents the strap marks in my hair. (used to get the donald trump look from mask straps) My large size covers the top 1/3 of my ears but is not too uncomfortable. I am down to 3.6 lpm. for the lowest leak yet. I am hoping for zero leaks at least part of the time. Definately keeps the events down by not loosing needed pressure. Congrats! jlk
