Error E 48 Fisher & Paykel ??????

Error E 48 Fisher & Paykel ??????

I have a Fisher & Paykel CPAP machine. Last night it stopped working and has an Error message displayed: E 48. I can't find any information about this in the manual or on the manufacturer's website. Does anyone have any insight into what this is and what to do about it? Thanks in advance.
