REMstar Plus C-Flex Pressure

Post by mlisti » Sat Sep 25, 2010 12:32 pm

I have a REMstar Plus C-Flex and my preesure is way to high at 13. Im tire of the hassle with going back and forth between the Doctor and the Sleep clinic to adjust the pressure on my own machine. Can any one help me. Thanks, MListi

If you have the M-Series, then try the information at this link -- http://cpaphelp.internetage.ws/manuals/ ... pGuide.pdf

Since you just joined, I'm guessing that you have the System One REMstar Plus, and not the M-Series version. It should say "System One" on the top of the humidifier.

Someone here with a System One can help you adjust your own machine. But first I must ask, how do you know that your pressure of 13 is too high? Without a sleep study or an efficacy data capable machine (yours is not) you really have no way to know.

If you just got your machine, and got it through insurance and a durable medical equipment supplier (DME), you should contact that DME and request an upgrade to at least the Pro model. With that model, plus the Encore Viewer software package for your Windows PC, you can track the effectiveness of your therapy and be able to make informed decisions about your pressure needs.
