Queen. Just me on 3 pillows + memory foam contour pillow, and a firm pillow under knees (gotta sleep on back until shoulders heal), and 3 extra pillows atop the bed wedge that I haven't moved to a better place. Then, there's the extra bed throws, the fan controller, the silk eyemask until I put it on, the rolled under-neck 'pillow' I made out of a rolled up chair cushion that I inserted into a knee-hi to keep tighly rolled. Oh, and the foam cervical collar I got to keep my jaw & the mask dropping as I sleep on my back...it goes now now after the mask fit feature tells me my fit is Excellent . Interesting bed...room enough for me & all my hosehead gadgets. No partner, no pets.

Queen size bed and really, really wish we had a king. Hubby and I both like to lie in bed with our respective laptops - he puts his on top of himself, but I put mine off to the side (middle). We both have those computer lap rest thingys that elevate it up about 3 inches or so.

Little Miss Kitty (aka Serena) sleeps at my feet (I'm vertically challenged) in a woven cloth basket lined with a clean towel, but likes to come up and be sweet and cute and lovey between us. We each have two bed pillows, but I have a plethora of various neck pillows, my favorite being a half-round memory foam one. No need for any special pap-pillow for me. Hose doesn't get in my way. I have it rigged up to come down from about a foot over the head of the bed on my side.

I also put a pillow up between us to buffer the air from the hose from blasting on hubby. Now that's a small square one.

King for us.

I got us a latex foam mattress last summer, discovered it was too firm, purchased a 4 inch memory foam Cool Max topper and love it. Most nights it is just Fred (my doxie) and me. Hubby is an over the road trucker so seldom home (one or two nights per week).

Sold my full size a while back and got a high density memory foam twin size sleigh bed. I only believe it's a twin because the sheets fit. Looks and feels larger. I'm fine with it, but the dog would probably appreciate room to get away from my kicking feet. I downsized for the sake of floor space. Should space permit I'd like a larger bed, but don't want to give up my wonderful mattress.

Queen sized is just right for us. In winter the cat thinks snuggling between us is just the greatest thing. And thanks for sharing Will try the pillow in the middle on its side to keep my husband's vent air out of my face (am sure I blow on him too). That would be one source of dry eye eliminated.

I have a queen sized bed that's been fine. It needs to be replaced though. Since my boyfriend is moving in at Thanksgiving-time, I'm hoping I can pull together the cash for a king-sized bed. I just think we'll both be more comfortable.

If she asks, just shrug and say, "Depends."

I bet she won't ask any more.

Oh yeah, and on that other matter, Queen. The wife is 1000 miles away (long story involving finishing raising kids from my "practice" wife), and since they don't make beds that large, I figured I'd be happy with that size. Plenty of room for my and the cat(s) to stretch out. Especially in hot weather. Anyone ever notice how cats get longer when it's hot?

I and my tall, handsome man have always slept in a full (usually with our very large cat). When we've had the opportunity to sleep in queens or kings I feel like I'm lost and there's a sea of room between us. I'm just starting out with CPAP, though, and we'll have to see if things change. [And if they do, I don't know where a bigger bed would go in our tiny bedroom.]

Queen for me too. My kitty and I have plenty of space to spread out and relax. She has a ritual of crawling up on my chest and lying there nose to hose until I get cross eyed. Eventually she decides to go and lie beside me. Strange thing is that even with all the space we have she just has to be in contact with me. Always she is sleeping snuggled up against my leg. Other things that occupy the bed as we sleep are the remote, of course and cell phone and the charger and my glasses. Willing to boot out the cat and toss the toys in exchange for the elusive tall handsome man!

We have a queen (the tall handsome man and me; pets were banned when they became outdoors cats). The bed itself is ok but old, and the comforter is too small!

We recently bought a large, with two separate single mattresses, hoorah for isolating bounces and movements from each other! I still need to find a piece to put in the middle to avoid falling into the crack

During our " temporary housing situation " we have to sleep on a double I think we would each sleep more peacefully in a blender! Plus the MIL's guest bed we're using is soooooo hard and high off the ground, it is insane. So new solution: tall handsome man gets the steel contraption to himself, and I get one of our new mattresses, on the ground, and no hose management issues oh the jooooooys of sleeping apart
