Help with S 9 data error
Help with S 9 data error
The pressure and leak data for my S 9 Auto have locked in on the numbers from about 3 nights ago. For example, max leak recorded both on machine screen and SD card readout (ResScan 3.11) is 45.6. I was working on mouth breathing and this was a bad night. I have solved the open mouth problem and the detailed graphs for last night show a max leak of 12.0 (early while getting my mask settled). The detailed data seem to be correct, but the "statistics" are wrong. I have killed power a few times but the errors seem to be locked in. Called ResMed tech support and the polite young lady was shocked! shocked! that I had Rescan and told me I'm supposed to take my SD card to my doctor for him to figure out what's wrong. Hope the forum can help me. Oh, another fact that may be involved; the high leak night I was on auto and now on straight CPAP.

Re: Help with S 9 data error
Not sure what you mean by "killed power". Did you power-off by holding the on/off button for 3 seconds. Then wait 5 minutes. Then unplug the cpap.
Then, remove your SD card, and format it in your computer. Then plug in cpap, press on/off button, and insert SD card.
If that doesn't work, contact whomever you bought it from, for the warranty.
