You shouldn't need a chinstrap with a FF mask...are you having problems or are you just looking to spend some money?
I am not looking to spend money. I use a Liberty Mirage full face mask and a chin strap, my mouth still opens and I end up biting my cheek when I try to close. Also I have a sore on the bridge of my nose. That is why I am trying to get additional information re: experiences from other users and what they do.

Are you sure that's the name of your mask? A Liberty doesn't have anything on the bridge of your nose.

I have a deviated septum and chronic sinus issues so I am defintely a mouth breather. I use the Quattro full face mask and have no problems at all. I can't begin to imagine taping my mouth shut--I think that would just make me hyperventilate just knowing I couldn't open my mouth!
