Help download data from ResMed Malibu

Post by jerainey » Sat Sep 04, 2010 11:02 am

I need to get control of my VPAP Malibu. What do I need to download from the machine? It has a male 9 pin data port and I have Rescan 3.11 on my Windows XP with USB. Is there some kind of proprietary ResMed adapter or cable needed. Standard RS 232 to USB is the wrong sex.

Thanks Elena. CPAP.com had the cable I need (I hope). You are a better searcher than me.

You're lucky. They don't have the USB cable or card reader for the newer S8 series.

The newer versions of ResScan (3.11is the latest) are backwards compatible with ResMed's older data-capable machines, even the ones that originally came out when the software was called AutoScan.
