It seems to have been a bad allergy year. I use Zyrtec+nasal steroid spray and I still have breakthrough days with a lot of rhinitis. I've never had a breakthrough before this year.

I've posted this suggestion before, but I'll repeat it here FWIW. This filter

helps me a lot. I breathe very clean air all night, with no allergy symptoms; but some days, about 30 minutes after I get up and start breathing room air, I start sneezing.

My brother gets a shot of Kenalog from his doctor when his allergies get too bed.
