Congratulations

Hi Lori,

This is very good to hear. Hey, with all your experience you could look into establishing your own sleep lab!

We could all come to you for sleep studies.

TLC Sleep Studies...got the name all picked out (LOL). I only wish. I have been seriously considering a career change from what I've been doing for over a quarter of a century now, but I think you need more credentials, unfortunately, than just having been on the machine.

Thanks, David, for your good wishes. Keep up the good work yourself.

Lori, I just logged in for the first time in days (very hectic for me for the next few weeks, you won't be seeing much of me for a while) and read this fantastic news. Congratulations!

I know the uncertainty was eating you up, so I'm sure that contributed to your celbratory mood this weekend.

What a great weekend you're having! First you get excellent news, then you party the night away, then breakfast with your daughter. You'll probably drop tonight (Sunday), but I'm sure it will be with a smile on your face as you think back over the past few days. And rightly so!

Thanks, Bill. I have to say, I am taking this whole cessation of therapy thing in a very guarded way. I do not want to get too excited until I see that my energy level holds steady and that I don't start experiencing any of the old symptoms I had prior to therapy. If they don't come back, great. But I can't believe that they won't, so I'm holding off on doing the happy dance.

It was a very interesting past couple of weeks, starting with our trip to Atlantic City and ending this past weekend with the reunion. I remember talking to you about losing weight for it months ago; and your opinion was, even if I don't lose the 20 lbs., then by the time it rolls around, I probably would have lost more than enough to not keep me from going. I guess 18 was close enough. It seems, though, that very many of my old classmates have put on some weight, even the ones that were never heavy before. Did anyone care? No way. It was just so wonderful to be together again.

Well, back to working on my computer. I have put off so many transcripts that they're going to come knocking on my door to find out where they are. I have to change gears now and get back to business. Thanks for the good wishes.

Oh wow! Too cool Lori. It is so good to hear some good news for a change. I am really very happy for you (and glad you are sticking around the board). It really wouldn't be the same without you. See what an impact you made in such a short time? What an encouragment you are!
