Studies: Sleep News and Back News

Hi All

The latest from ABC News - about sleep -

http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2010 ... ion=justin

Not so much different from doing homework or reading in bed with a torch when I was a kid

and from the BBC - about backs -

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/6187080.stm

When my back aches, the only position that really helps is slouching, and I have had arguements with my friends who say I should be sitting up straight; and I thought I should too. So now I know why I slouch, having unhealed fractures and degeneration in my lower back.

What perfect timing on your part, Mars... I slouch but my wife sits straight up.

So I just now emailed your posture-related link to my wife. She's downstairs in the family room working away on her laptop. Get'a load of this: She just emailed me back---almost instantly--- and said she's going to try slouching at her laptop. True.

This family thanks you for the orthopedic cyber tip!
