Night # 2 was a bit better than my first night--- again this is using only Smart Codes; my software should be here on Monday and then I can get the details. But if it continues like this, there won't be too much to see I do want to monitor my O2, though, since that was a matter of concern during my study when I bottomed out at 76%.
Hours: 9 (yep, 9 hours... but the first 6 were solid sleep and the last 3 were a bit wakeful)

Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.

You'll get used to it!! Don't give up!!! After 6 weeks, I hardly wake up at night. When I do awake in the morning, my mask is crooked and I'm leaking air. I still have good and bad nights. This is one of the best things that ever happened to me. God Bless!!
