I have allergies and using nasal pillows with a partially blocked nose, I felt like everything had to be seated perfectly or I couldn't breathe through the mask. I saw an allergist who put me on Astepro as well as the Nasonex and Zyrtec I was already taking. I also had to turn up the humidity, because that also opens up my nose.

I also got a mirror and put it by my bed, so I could see how the nasal pillows were fitting. I found this reassuring and it also helped stopped some of the fiddling.
