Encore Viewer Questions

I purchased Encore Viewer from CPAP dot com. I received the disk yesterday and tried to install it. It's not working on my computer as my processor is more powerful than the x86 required. Is there something available that will let me review my data? I feel like I am in the dark about my treatment and trying to get a better understanding of how I am doing.

Processor is generally not the problem. The problem is generally the operating system and the amount of memory the the operating system has to use. If you will post the information on your computer system someone might be able to help. Encore Viewer is all we have and Respirionics has not been much help when we have problems. What version of Encore Viewer do you have.

I called Respironics and they were able to install the software on my computer. The person was really helpful and was able to do the install and bypass the problem. I would say that was one of the better customer service experiences I have had.

Well good for you. I'm glad you were able to get it working. Most of us have been told that Respirionics would not deal with end users (us).
