That's good, Allen. That PS number is giving IPAP and EPAP all the room they can have to autotitrate independently of each other, given your current max IPAP 16 / min EPAP 10 settings in auto bilevel mode.

You said you'd like to switch to "standard" (plain bilevel) mode and are thinking about setting EPAP at 12. It wouldn't hurt to try plain bilevel mode any time you want to. In just bilevel mode, IPAP 16 / EPAP 12 do seem to be pressures that would work well for you. But I'm not a doctor.
