Therapy after Septoplasty

First time posting....so I apologize if I miss a step. Just had a septoplasty about two months ago. After a few weeks of healing, I have returned to CPAP and have noticed that my "brain fog" and memory is much worse now. Have an appointment next week. Curious if anyone else has experienced the same...does your pressure need to be increased after a septoplasty? I was averaging around 4.5 AHI, my last report pulled last week showed an average of 8.1. ARGH!!! Frurstrating!
