Please report back to the forum about what Rogue Uvula is like. Between the Avatar and the name, he's gotta be interesting!

Well, I'll tell you what happened in Peachtreeville...
We had another excellent meeting!! We welcomed Rogue Uvula and he's going to complement the group quite well.
Our meetings began in February and my CPAP Therapy has changed quite dramatically. My EDS (excessive daytime sleepiness) is gone. My AHI is now down to a range of 0 to .2. I've lost 38 lbs and feel great!! The last time I saw the Sleep Doc, he said I could come back in a year. I can think clearly and consistently enough to return to my studies and profession.
I can't emphasize enough the power of our Group. It's like this Forum on steroids. Learning, solving issues and exchanging ideas/solutions at a fast pace.
What makes it work so well, the individuals in our group are caring and dedicated. We all mutually share a goal of improving our health, quality of life and living a lengthy life. I think everyone in the Group feels great gratification in helping others have better/superior CPAP Therapy. For that, I am eternally grateful!!
So, Peachtreeville is a happening place, particularly on the Third Saturday of the Month at the Dunwoody Einstein Bagels.
P.S. Thanks to Chris for bringing the Cocoa Nubs Mmmm, mmmm!!
thanks so much,
Mark L aka SG

Next month I'll bring several types of 80-85% chocolate...I may give up a lot to eat low carb but I'm not giving up chocolate

Muse, I'm the same way! My occasional treat is a 2 net gram of Carb Chocolate Bar at Trader Joe's. Comes in dark and milk chocolate...
Hope all is well...
