Leaks near the eyes often mean the mask is a tad too high on the face. It could also be too tight which doesn't work as well to let the seal inflate.

It is also possible that you need to clean the cushion or replace it. Many people get multiple months from a cushion, but insurance usually allows a new cushion every month since they do wear out faster for some people. I usually clean my mask with a baby wipe each night before I put it on. But if I find it not sealing well, do a full wash with dawn and water in the sink. Then it seals again well.

I just wanted to second what WestCoastCdnGrl posted a little earlier in this thread - the padacheek liner for the Mirage Quattro and the anti-leak strap at the best things I ever did for my CPAP therapy for all the years I used a Mirage Quattro - once I had those two items in my toolkit I stopped having any leaks at all - just good sleep and therapy!
