So here's my question, V:

If we get a device and monitor blood oxygen saturation while on cpap, and if we were to find that there's a problem with the oxygen saturation, then how the heck do you start to address that question (short of going on oxygen...)?

Here are this morning's results; all I did was change from the Quattro full face mask to the Activa nose mask. All else unchanged. I have sold the S8 Autoset II's but have a friend with one as a spare that I just might borrow and set up the same to see the difference. Now THAT would be interesting! Anyway, it seems to me that the change in results from going from FFM to nose mask might be interesting, especially to newcomers. Leakage is all over the place although I had the mask set up perfectly when I went to sleep and even a bit tighter than I normally would with the full face mask. The forehead brace (adjustable) is a wonder for me... it allows me to set the pressure and thus the seal at the bridge of my nose exactly EXACTLY the way I want it. When first put on, despite being adjusted for only a few nights ago, it was blowing air up into my eyes (albeit very slightly). A simply crank on the knob of the forehead brace brought the bridge of the nose part of the mask closer to my face and cured the problem in an instant. Wiggle the mask around. Tighten up the straps a smidgen and I thought I was good to go. Have a look and see what the results were. Remember, there were no other changes. I am thinking I will stick with the nose mask tonight to see if the results are repeated while I go off and try to line up that S8 Autoset II for comparison. Anyway, for your viewing pleasure:
