PR S1 AND EP2.2 Or EV2 Users - Question

Have any of you noticed how drastically a reported high leak affects your AHI???

For instance:
60 minutes in large leak
12.4% of the night in large leak
Average leak 35.4
AHI 8.3

47 minutes in large leak
9.4% of the night in large leak
Average leak 30.8
AHI 8.9

vs

20 minutes in large leak
3.5% of the night in large leak
Average leak 26.0
AHI 22.2

Nope, my PR S1 never seems to detect a large leak at all, even when I think that I must have one. My AHI's are rock bottom low (0.2 to 1.0), so I guess it's correct. (shrugging shoulders here).

Large leaks mean there is so much air leaking out that the machine can't determine whether the pressure is working or what. It also means that you aren't getting enough air. So, put those together and yes, it's going to show an effect. When I'm getting large leaks I have to switch to a different mask for a night or 2.
