What is the difference is between 3.10 and 3.11?

Perhaps I am being overly cautious, but I would like to know what the differences are before upgrading?

Lsat, that's funny, but... Seriously, the question went unanswered in the other thread about 3.11.

Has anyone seen enough difference to bother with the upgrade?

I didn't notice any difference at all. Maybe it was all bugfixes, etc.

I wish the new version could import data from oximeters like Contec. That would be wonderful.

I dont know for sure but i believe that the S9 clinicians manual is included as part of the download

That is what I read in the other thread, but I already have it along with the S9 Clinical manual.

I tried searching Resmed's website and could not come up with anything. I also tried a google search and only found the other 3.11 thread.

If there aren't any other differences, I will just stick with 3.10 on the desktop computer and install 3.11 on the laptop.
