Thanks Sir

Yes I'm still around and since that post I had the opportunity to have heart ultrasound, heart stress and a 24 hours monitoring (I don't remember the name of that machine you wear as a neck lace ), all good no heart problem whatsoever. I had a brain MRI and two EEG. No tumor or brain damage caused by OSA, good to know though.

The only thing was they saw there is an unusual activity in the left side of the brain as in epileptic patients, but I have no symptom of any of the kind of seizures the epileptic people have and I have never had, no family history of epilepsy, no accident where I hit my head, nothing to explain it. One of the neurology specialists told me there is people out there which have this kind of cerebral waves but have no epilepsy, they don't know how this is possible. We are special people that's it.

About the ''tingling'' you are right it is hard to describe because it is not really a tingling but something like that, I have had it some times but very rare now after 2 years on XPAP. I have the impression it happens when I haven't sleep well but I can't swear on it.

Chunky: I don't know if it is hyperventilation, the only think I know is it happens at wake up, I can't say what I was doing just before waking up Just kidding you a bit, it could be it the cause, I don't know what it feels like an hyperventilation.
