cpap heater on eliteII

Please help. Does anyone know how to turn off heater c pap eliteII made by resmed.

I was getting mine too warm also. I looked in the manual on the humidifyer as the heat plate would be too warm and it said to turn it off just turn down the knob on the humidifyer. It worked for me. Then when I want it on , I have it set no higher than 2. Good luck. Oh I have the h4i humidifyer on my cpap and I have the S8 Escape II Have a great night, Huggies, Fay
