You should be able to change it yourself.

There are instructions here. But if you subsequently need further help, just make a post and ask.

For the S9 the Clinical Guide (manual) can be found at http://www.apneuvereniging.nl/pdf/S9clinical-manual.pdf

I HAVE to ask:

Does the S9s data card HAVE to be in the S9 to record the data like the Respironics devices and the Resmed S8 ResLink do?

Or, does one need to only insert the data card when one wants to download the data as has been the case w/the good ole S8s?

Slinky, the card does have to be in the machine in order to get the detailed data. I didn't realize this at first and missed out on some early data.

I did the same thing. Forgot to put it back in one night. I inserted it the next morning and was able to get summary data but nothing detailed.

Maillady, I would like to send you a private message (PM), but I'm unable to do so because it appears that you're not registered and/or signed into your account.

Thank you, BrainCloud and Oscar. Another step backward for the S9. *sigh* There was SO MUCH that was GOOD about the S8s and the S8 IIs. Why'd Resmed have to screw w/the good points to get the S9???
