I have a deviated septum and was wondering if anyone has tried Breathe nasal strips to help a little, just a thought...

They do help me breathe better through my nose (when I remember to put one on, which isn't often!)

Breathe Right Strips would be especially helpful if you have nasal valve collapse.

I had a deviated septum before having surgery to fix it. I currently use the Mirage Liberty CPAP mask and I truly believe it will help people with deviated septums. Though I had surgery to correct mine, I honestly don't feel that it helped me breathe any better through my nose, but this CPAP mask definitely does. I did try those nose strip things years ago and had no luck with that.

I had a severely deviated septum corrected about 5 years ago which was
before my cpap time, but I started using the strips at night and eventually
moved to using them 24/7 for several years. For me they were a definite
success in getting more airflow in that side, especially if the other side was
stopped up.

My ENT doctor told me I have a deviated septum & I have tried the strips and couldn't tell much if any difference in breathing thru my nose. I also tried the Liberty Mirage but felt like there was too much air restriction and have settled on a FF mask. Anything that makes the holes in my nose smaller, like the nasal pillows, has got to restrict the amount of air getting through.
