Got the Resmed S8 Elite II

Well after all the bickering with my DM and cardio dr. about which machine, My cardio finally called me today and said that the sleep doctor had recommended the Resmed S8 Elite II, he said to try it and if it didn't correct my OSA that I may have to go on a bilevel. He also uses the Resmed S8 Elite II. Well after I got home and getting all the equipment together, I noticed that I was given the wrong size mask, I got the Mirage Quattro Medium and it was supposed to be a small. It feels very uncomfortable, but I will try it until Tuesday when the I can contact my DME. I kept getting leak alert, but finally got it not to leak. A small was what I used in the sleep lab. I tried using the machine to get used to it and the mask made my face sweat, the humidifer is set at 2 1/2. Is this common with the full face masks or it the setting on the heat humidifier to high? Also the EPR level, smart card data, or servicing. How can on gain access to these settings? What the big deal with one having access to these settings?
