I've been frustrated as heck trying to work through the medical system here in the St. Louis area to find doctors that are willing to write a script for APAP equipment. It seems that the doctors in this area write CPAP only scripts and the DMEs will not fill those with APAP equipment. I'm assuming because this would eliminate the requirement for as many followup sleep studies and clinitation adjustments of pressure.
The area also seems to be filled with Respironics associated doctors and sleep labs. If someone could PM me information on a doctor or sleep lab that I should contact I would greatly appreciate it.

Someone recently posted in the forum how they got their Resmed by calling Resmed and asking for sleep labs, sleep doctors and DME providers in their area that used and provided Resmed equipment. Unfortunately, I didn't tag or bookmark that particularl post.
