Just my two cents...

I have a full-face mask, and my cheeks blow out predictably at about 12 or 13. Not much I can do about it. Maybe wrap my face in duct tape. I've learned to live with it.

The pressure in my mouth stays relatively consistent - just the small variance due to Respironics version of EPR - so at least my cheeks are not flapping from in to out and back...
