I don't understand what you meant about a surgery to open the muscles in your nose, but altering the anatomy of your nose CAN, but doesn't always, reduce your CPAP pressure needs. But, if you have allergy problems, I'm told that a more "open" nose can cause more allergy symptoms in some cases (I can't explain that because I only heard a doctor say it once and he didn't expand on it).

Right, I might get more allergy in my lungs too and that might be a problem. Let's see when Salix and Birch stop polluting the air. This might just be the problem. Bad timing on the "nose job" and allergy season

It's actually the nose mussels were burned to reduce the size and allow more air passage.

Hi. I got my humidifier and tried it this night. I had some bad rainout, but trying again today. My nose felt much more open and I actually felt better today.
