Don't know what your pressure is but exhaling can be a real problem for some of us. My pressure is pretty low at 7, but I still like to use it even after a year. I think you will feel a big difference with Cflex. It was a life saver for me especially in the beginning. An Auto should help even more.
Some do very well right away, but for some of us it's a longer process. My results are not dramatic, but I definitely feel better than preCpap. My new mask is the most comfortable I've had by far so I'm still making progress.
Hang in there. Believe me you are not alone in this. Besides, Lori won't let you quit!!
