I wasn't specific enough in my original post. I meant has anyone tried this as a means of keeping ones mouth shut with nasal CPAP (e.g., in lieu of a chin strap or taping of the mouth)?

Those look like they may work for keeping your mouth closed with a nasal mask, though a little pricey. The video even says "not for treatment of sleep apnea", so they are clear it won't take the place of CPAP.

It might be worth using the tape you usually use on your mouth and recreating the shape and placement of those strips--maybe it would work well, allow venting to decrease aerophagia, and feel less confining because your lips are free.

I tried the Chin Up Strips, but I found they didn't work for me. I was still venting through my mouth and my AHI went way up.
