How to get files into ResMed?

Hello,

My computer has a built in SD reader already.

I can load the data files into the computer and see them in the directories, but ResMed doesn't know how to find them.

How do I get the files into ResMed?

Do I need to buy the specific ResMed SD card reader? If so, where?

As far as I know, ResMed has restricted the sale of their monitoring software/hardware only to health professionals and NOT to patients. You may need to order these from online vendors outside of US ... like Australia for one.

Has something to do with free market monopoly or something like that ... ask the birds, they will tell you.

Open ResScan 1st. Then insert the SD card. ResScan should recognize it.
