You did not raise or lower it 5 cm- you raised or lowered it .5 or 1/2 cm. You can raise or lower the pressure by 1/2 (.5) cm as the lowest increase. It goes up or down by 1/2 (.5) cm at a time.
Still can't figure out why I had such a reaction to what should have been a small (or tiny) change.
