Thanks, Wader. I only wish that was the reason for the screen name I chose. What's really ironic is that even though I'm doing great on therapy, I still don't sleep through the night, although the past week or so has only been one time a night wake-up. I can live with that.wading thru the muck! wrote:LoRi,
You have a beautiful young daughter... now we know why your sleepless in LI.
I have two daughters myself (a bit younger than yours) and I'm sure I'll spend many sleepless nights worrying. LOL
I wish you luck when your girls start getting a little older. Although she's only going on 13, the boys have already started with her. But she is a very smart and savvy young lady and her mother has taught her well, believe me. I guess that's why she says she'd rather hang with her girlfriends for now and save the guys for when she's older (can you say a huge PHEW with me?).
And, Barb, the link is viewtopic.php?t=4290&highlight=swift. Make sure you scroll down far enough to see the photos.
Esther, to insert a link, you put in the URL address (http://www.whatever.com) or go to the site and copy the address from the address field and then highlight it and click the "URL" button at the top. It will be inserted as a hyperlink. Hope that helps...

Jim, didn't you read about me? I had her when I was 4. I was in all the medical journals...you must have missed it. You may have been busy working too much when it occurred. I can understand your confusion, though.JimH wrote:Lori,
Let's see. She is 13 and you are still a teenager yourself. How the heck did ytou manage to give birth at 4??
Your daughter is beautiful and lucky to have such a loving parent in her life. I am sure she knows it too!!!
You know, I think we are both very lucky to have each other. Like they say, God never gives you more than you can handle. The last thing I thought I wanted was a third child, but I thank God every day for her. She is my little angel. Like I said, she hasn't officially hit her teens yet...I'm holding my breath and waiting. Thanks for the nice words.

CD,
THANK YOU!!! I think when she reads the incredibly sweet responses to this thread, she will feel much better about the Swift photos she agreed to take and post. You guys have been so overly kind with your compliments about her. Thank you very much.
PS: Yes, my husband has the shotgun loaded and waiting.
