Whew!!--I guess I'll be reeling it way back in here, as I read many of the posts above. First of all, there is no reason I know of that anyone should be paying premium (absurd) prices for "special" cpap wipes. Large $5 canisters of Clorox no-bleach wipes come in several pleasant fragrances (orange is available at Target, and my favorite) as well as in travel packs in most any pharmacy section of major stores. They can be cut in thirds to adequately wipe your mask cushion or nasal pillows every day.
I am one who has learned that my leak rate significantly dropped with FFM's when not washed or cleaned every day! Try it. And when I do wash the mask interface every couple of weeks, it is with generic baby shampoo, rinsed thoroughly with hot water, shaken, and air-dried for about an hour every morning before reassembling. I and others here firmly recommend not washing the hose. Ever. Just introduces all kinds of opportunities for water minerals or un-rinsed soap to dry on the inside, which then can collect other stuff. The vapor from your humidifier will be harmless. Just hang your hose over a door hook each morning. One more thought: Never turn the inner cone of your ResMed pillows inside out. You will truly destroy the already incredibly short life of these pillows. FWIW

Andrew, I suspect you're right that your pressure requirements are higher. I hope you'll let us know how you're doing once you get the results and any adjustments are made.
